It seems like the logical choice to pop a zit or squeeze those blackheads out but that actually makes it worse and slows down the healing process. It will also spread the bacteria to other parts of your face and body and could lead to some scars on your face.
You need to use natural products and stop using products that contain harsh chemicals. I know it is hard to believe that you can cure your acne with naturally products, but that is just because you have been sold on physical products that claim to heal your blackheads.
Get rid of any products that:
- Contain chemical that dry out your skin or leave it red
- Leave your skin feeling tight
- Contain chemicals and cancer causing problems
- Are not pH balanced for your skin
By using products that dry out your skin and leave your face feeling tight you are actually causing more problems. After you use the product your face will produce more oil to replace the protective acid mantle on the skin's surface that was stripped away by chemical products.
So in the end putting the chemicals on your face really doesn't help your situation at all. Start looking for products that have natural ingredients that don't make your face red, strip your skin, and don't give your skin more toxins, but still give you results.
Use natural, organic skincare products. Try to use everyday products, plants and foods from nature to help remove blackheads from your nose. Honey and aloe vera have worked really well for me in the past. Don't underestimate the power of nature. Another plus is that it is way cheaper.
